Material Processing
Process materials cutting into small pieces, then eliminate dust and impurities from surfaces. Only materials certified as clean shall be released to the next production stage.
Molding
Place the prepared materials into the mold for hot pressing. Strictly control the mold temperature and pressing time to achieve the perfect cup shape.
Trimming or Die Cutting
Folowing hot pressing,the material is trimmed or die-cut to to ensure clean, flowing cup edge ines, which is a defning characteristic of the flawless final product.
Packaging & Logistics
Every product is subject to a final audit by our QC team prior to packing and crating. Shipment is coordinated via air or ocean freight as per customer specifications, with proactive tracking to guarantee on-time and secure delivery.
